Documents notarized close to home. Call your Ship Las Vegas store first to check notary availability.
Notary availability varies by store, so please call ahead before you come in. A team member will confirm when a notary is on hand and let you know what to bring.
Every signer needs a current, government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license or passport.
Do not sign ahead of time — the notary needs to watch you sign the document in person.
Everyone who needs to sign must be there with their own ID. We cannot notarize for someone who is absent.
Our notaries handle everyday documents such as affidavits, power of attorney forms, real estate paperwork, vehicle title transfers, and consent forms. If you are unsure whether your document qualifies, call the store and ask.
